I'm planning to switch to 19s for the winter. Will there be any problems if I put smaller wheels on my Polestar?

30k+ miles on my PS2 and I'm lovin it. Besides the usual battery and tire checks, I haven't had any major problems. I'm planning to replace the brake pads and tires around the 45kmile mark.
