I’ve been following discussions about the Polestar 3’s battery drain, reportedly losing 1-3% daily, and I’m curious how long it takes before the car goes into deep sleep mode. Polestar has mentioned a hardware update is coming, but they haven’t provided a clear timeline.
Does this seem like a reasonable compromise for the tech the car offers, or is it a bit too much? Honestly, I feel a little let down. Paying for energy just to keep the car’s systems on standby feels like a lot, especially compared to my previous E-Tron, which didn’t have this issue.
How are you all managing this? Is it something you’ve just accepted, or are you considering alternative EVs because of it?
