After test-driving the Polestar 3, I'm seriously considering making a purchase. I'm a bit apprehensive about the repair and servicing process. The dealership mentioned that if there's an issue, Polestar arranges pickup and delivery of the vehicle, providing a replacement car if necessary. It sounds almost too good to be true. Can anyone share their experiences with Polestar's service process? Does it work as seamlessly as described?

My brother has had a frustrating experience with Boston Polestar Space. Despite calling the Polestar line, he was repeatedly transferred to Volvo. He never received a return call from the Polestar scheduler. It seems like the partnership between Volvo and Polestar isn't as seamless as it should be.
