Have your dealer recalibrate it.

Have you checked your wire terminals? Maybe it was just loose and needs to be tightened properly.

Maybe the software update changed the max charging speed in the settings. This has happened to me before, so you should check it.

FitCamX would work. Just make sure you use a good SD card, because it might wear out the card if you record 4K video all the time. This is true for all dashcams, not just FitCamX.
