Seatbelt issues on Polestar 1

I have been having trouble with my Polestar 1's front seatbelts. They don't retract all the way, and my dealer says it's normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or solutions?

They seriously need to pull back all the way, but just easing the tension won’t cut it. You might have to give it a little extra nudge.

Did you resolve this already? You should go to your dealer and have them check it.
