I'm having trouble with the passenger seat heaters on my Polestar 2. They just won’t turn off, even after the seat's been empty for hours! Is there any way to get a software update to sort this out? Has anyone else run into this issue or found a workaround?

I've noticed something similar with my VW. It seems like the passenger seat sensor is pretty smart but sometimes there are glitches. Have you tried to restart/reset it? If not, then you may need to visit your dealer.

My driver's seat heater suddenly stopped working, while the passenger and steering wheel heaters were fine. I replaced the fuses, but no luck. Then, after a rainy day with a slightly open window, my climate control panel (the part with the dials and buttons) went out. Strangely, all the seat heaters stopped working too. I fixed it by replacing the circuit board behind the climate control panel. Now, everything's back to normal.

Hey, have you tried updating your Uconnect system? Sometimes that can clear up weird glitches. If it's not the latest version, it might be causing the problem. Updating will help you figure out if it's a software issue or something else with your car.

I’m trying to get the heated driver seat on my 2024 Polestar 2 to turn on with Climate via the mobile app. At 40°F, after enabling Climate and waiting 10 minutes, the steering wheel heats up, but the seat remains cold and doesn’t seem to activate. If it works on your car, this might solve your issue!
