Recording trip issues with Polestar account

Hello! Even though I have signed up for my Polestar account, it didn't record any trips, and I had a lot. Any cause (and fixes) for this, please?
 
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone and that it's connected to your Polestar. Also, check for updates to the Polestar app and your car's software, outdated versions can sometimes cause problems with syncing.

Hey! Has your issue with trip recording been fixed? Sometimes syncing issues can happen if the app isn’t fully connected to your car.

Hey, thanks for asking. Still not fixed. The app seems connected, but no trips are being recorded. I kinda quit trying to fix it.
 
My journey log stopped working also after updating the app. It only recorded the first two weeks of November and hasn’t worked since. I downloaded the log before the old app was shut down, but now I can’t get it to track my journeys. I’ll try the help posted above, thanks!
