Android headunit stuck on and won't shut off!

Anyone else having issues with their Android headunit refusing to die? Mine won't shut down or pause the radio, and it even plays over Spotify! Tried rebooting, but nothing. Any suggestions before I throw this thing out the window?

Try doing a hard restart by totally disconnecting your car battery. Maybe that would solve the problem.
