Can’t adjust my Polestar 2 audio volume

I recently bought a pre-owned Polestar 2 and I’m experiencing intermittent problems with the steering wheel volume controls. Yesterday, while driving, I couldn't use the steering wheel buttons to adjust the volume. After a few hours of parking, the problem appeared to have resolved itself. However, the issue recurred today. Has anyone else gone through this? Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue before.

All you have to do is to press the “Home” option for 20 secs and you're good to go. Let us know if it worked.

You might as well consider having a system update to be free from worries of experiencing the same in the future. A system reset every time it is available helps a lot in maintaining your Polestar EV. Always remember that it's better to prevent damages rather than fix the damages.

Also worked for me thanks a bunch my man. Also, is it worth it to upgrade the system? Im scared it might cause problems again.
